Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of CNC operations, programming, and maintenance.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant technical certifications in CNC or manufacturing are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of CNC Operators and Machinists.
• Schedule production runs and monitor machine performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machines, programming, and production processes.
• Monitor the quality of work produced, ensuring IT meets client specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and CNC tools.
• Train and mentor CNC operators on machine operation, programming, and safety protocols.
