What you will be doing (Essential Duties) Provide rapid turnaround support by meticulously interpreting and deciphering engineering drawings. Demonstrate a keen understanding of precision measuring dimensions to ensure the highest quality in project execution. Offer valuable insights and recommendations on the most effective tooling solutions tailored to each project\'s unique requirements. Spearhead the identification of new business opportunities across diverse industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Agriculture, Building & Construction, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Medical, Marine, Electrical, Optical, and Jewelry. Cultivate relationships with potential clients, showcasing our expertise and positioning Mec-Mart Tooling Sdn Bhd as a preferred partner in precision manufacturing. Collaborate closely with production line managers and machinists to identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement in tooling processes. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall manufacturing process. Conduct proactive customer visits to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Utilize effective customer relationship management techniques to ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive and long-lasting partnership. Take the lead in optimizing customers\' tooling concepts by proposing and implementing innovative mechanical solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Mec-Mart Tooling remains at the forefront of innovation in precision manufacturing. Collaborate closely with account leads to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Work towards increasing overall sales performance each quarter through strategic initiatives and client-focused approaches. Flexibly adapt to the dynamic work environment by performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team lead. Contribute proactively to team objectives and the overall success of Mec-Mart Tooling Sdn Bhd.Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical EngineeringAt least 1 year of Sales Experince preferably with Cutting Tools or closely related industry, possess own transport, salary will commensurate with experince Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Engineering / Business Studies / Administration/ Management / Marketing/ IT. Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience with Cutting Tools. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) A full-time position is available in Penang, Johor & Selangor. Possess own transport. Fluent in English, Malay language (Mandarin is a plus) Ideally have had some experience with CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and manual machining. However, any candidate will be considered as long you have the willingness to learn in areas you are not familiar with.
