• Possess a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively guide students through coding challenges.
• Exhibit excellent teaching and communication skills to clearly explain complex coding concepts to young learners.
• Possess a solid understanding of fundamental programming concepts and proficiency in at least one popular programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Scratch).
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and paces of students.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies to stay current with industry trends and update curriculum accordingly.
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Austin/Permas/Setia Tropika, Malaysia.
