Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking, and fulfilling their orders accurately and efficiently.
Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare light food items, such as sandwiches or baked goods (heat items as needed), and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and dining area clean and sanitized at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, provide change, and maintain cash registers.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items to provide recommendations to customers and answer their questions.
Stock Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines
