• Candidates possess at least a SPM certificate.
• At least 1 year experience as a barista
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Precise in following recipes and maintaining the quality and consistency of beverages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry supplies or equipment as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure food safety and cleanliness.

Tanggungjawab

• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking, and fulfilling their orders accurately and efficiently.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare light food items, such as sandwiches or baked goods (heat items as needed), and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area, equipment, and dining area clean and sanitized at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, provide change, and maintain cash registers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items to provide recommendations to customers and answer their questions.
• Stock Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including quality control standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines
