Requirements
- Certificate in Barista training or related field is preferable.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift rotation.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately.
- Support daily cafe operations and work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
