• Must hold a valid GDL license.
• Good driving record and able to handle a commercial vehicle safely.
• Physically fit and able to stand / work long hours.
• Able to handle basic stock loading and unloading.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Driving & Vehicle Maintenance

• Safely drive the coffee truck to designated locations. Perform daily cleaning, basic vehicle checks, and restock supplies.

Drink Preparation

• Operate coffee machines and related equipment to prepare beverages following standard recipes. Ensure accurate order processing and scanning.

Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper storage of ingredients in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Inventory Control

• Conduct daily stock checks and maintain inventory records for coffee beans, supplies, and brewing tools.
