Collection Advisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility Calling the past due customers to remind their repayment obligation & ensure the collection action taken are within company guidelines, credit policies and collection policies. Call and negotiate on repayment from customers. Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines, compliance and information security, etc. Probe customers\' latest contact details and update in system to increase collection efforts. No need to sell products, no sales required. Job Requirements Has experience in the collection, sales, and customer service fields (inbound/outbound calls and field visits). Possesses a positive attitude, respects the manager, follows instructions, and can work in a team. Able to work overtime and under pressure. Has a mindset to achieve targets and always strives to exceed the KPI targets set by the manager. Can work on regular days, weekends, and public holidays. Able to conduct field visits, owns a vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and home WIFI. No experience is also welcome (intensive on-the-job training provided). Available work location - PAHANG, TERENGGANU and SELANGOR (candidates must stay in the applied state). Job Benifits Salary: From RM1,999 per month Commission pay Salary slip provided (accepted by banks for loan applications). An aggressive and enjoyable working environment.
