Job Description
- Has experience in the collection, sales, and customer service fields (inbound/outbound calls and field visits).
- Possesses a positive attitude, respects the manager, follows instructions, and can work in a team.
- Able to work overtime and under pressure.
- Has a mindset to achieve targets and always strives to exceed the KPI targets set by the manager.
- Can work on regular days, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to conduct field visits, owns a vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and home WIFI.
- No experience is also welcome (intensive on-the-job training provided).
- Available work location - PAHANG, TERENGGANU and SELANGOR (candidates must stay in the applied state).

- Calling the past due customers to remind their repayment obligation & ensure the collection action taken are within company guidelines, credit policies and collection policies.
- Call and negotiate on repayment from customers.
- Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines, compliance and information security, etc.
- Probe customers\' latest contact details and update in system to increase collection efforts.
- No need to sell products, no sales required.
- Salary: From RM1,999 per month
- Commission pay
- Salary slip provided (accepted by banks for loan applications).
