What You'll Be Doing:

Manage & Optimize Receivables

- Oversee an accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments and proactively resolving payment issues.

Customer Engagement

- Perform outbound collection calls and follow-ups using professional communication methods to meet cash flow targets.

Account Analysis & Risk Mitigation

- Research delinquent accounts, identify risks, and develop effective collection strategies.

Dispute Resolution

- Handle and negotiate payment disputes, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate collection notes, reconcile accounts, and produce reports to track performance.

Process Improvement & Compliance

- Understand business processes, ensure adherence to policies, and recommend strategies to prevent delinquencies.

Collaboration Across Teams

- Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

Fresh graduates or a minimum of one year of experience in Receivables or Collections. A first-level university degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience).

Analytic Skills:

You know how to perform account analysis with a solid understanding of receivables and credit accounting systems.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

: You know how to build strong relationships and negotiate with the customers.

Goal-Driven & Proactive Attitude

- You're always looking for ways to exceed expectations and drive success.

Customer Centric

: You able to navigate the Asia customer market and develop customer-centric solutions.

Language:

Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) and/or Mandarin is a added advantage (verbal and written).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
