WE ARE HIRING FOR MALAYSIA-BASED DIVERSIFIED MULTINATIONAL COMPANY!

Job Details:

Position : Collection Executive

Company Industry : Industrial Equipment

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (08.30 A.M. to 05.30 P.M.)

Working Location : Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal basis)

Remuneration : Basic up to RM6,000 with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement

Start Date : ASAP

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Minimum Diploma in any field.

- 4-5 years' experience in collection in MNC/ corporate company

- Excellent negotiating skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedure

- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Patience and resilience

- Willing to travel and knowledge to use Microsoft office.

JOB SCOPE

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

- Investigate historical data for each debt or invoice

- Finding and contacting debtors daily to arrange debt payoffs

- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments

- Resolve billing and customer credit issues

- Update account status records and collection efforts

- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

- Escalate matters pertaining to billing enquiry/disputes to superiors timely.

- Met monthly target set by the management

- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept & branches regarding customer accounts on timely basis

- Customer visit
