To call customers and follow up on the contract renewal and outstandingpayments2. To update customers\xe2\x80\x99 information and details in the system3. To ensure monthly collection have been paid to meet the target4. To issue reminders, statement of account and invoices to client5. To prepare reports on collection activities6. Perform other related duties as and when is requiredJob Requirements: -1. Candidate must pass at least SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent level2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply3. Able to communicate effectively with various types of customers4. Able to perform good collection result5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team andindependently6. Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
