Make outbound calls to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.
To ensure payment dues are collected
It is their responsibility to contact clients to remind them to make payments on past-due loans, invoices, and other obligations.
Should call them and remind them to make their payments.
Plan how you will recover the debt from the customer (payment).
Get customers or clients to agree to reasonable payback terms through negotiation and collaboration.

Job requirements

Candidates must possess at least stpm/"a" level/diploma/bachelor degree in any field.
Required skill(s): negotiations, customer service and sales.
Required language(s): english, bahasa malaysia.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should be malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Age ranges from 18 years old to 40 years old only.
Experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
