Seeking Senior Color Management Specialists / Lead
A. Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with printing processes and related technologies.
• Apply extensive knowledge of color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction and consistency across multiple printing presses/devices.
• Proficiency in handling ICC profiles, printing fingerprinting technology, ISO 14647, G7, FORGA, color calibration and other relevant knowledge to achieve optimal color results.
• Implement and optimize printing curves to enhance print quality and achieve desired color output.
• Effectively utilize PantoneLive to ensure accurate color calibration and reproduction.
• Resolve color-related issues, provide technical support and solutions, and collaborate closely with prepress teams and print operators.

B. Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, printing technology, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in color management principles.
• Understanding of printing processes, substrates, and color reproduction techniques.
• Deep understanding of printing curves and their impact on achieving optimal color output and print quality.
• In-depth knowledge of color management principles, including ICC, fingerprinting technology, ISO 14647, G7, FORGA and color calibration.
• Implement and maintain optimized printing curves to achieve desired color output and improve print quality.
• Proficiency in handling printing curves and their impact on achieving optimal color output.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills to address color-related issues and provide technical support and solutions.
• Resolve color-related issues, such as shifts or discrepancies, and provide technical support and solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for analyzing complex color-related issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with prepress teams and print operators to meet specific color requirements and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in color management, recommending and implementing best practices.
• Proficient in using color management software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard color measurement devices.

• Familiarity with prepress workflows, including file preparation, image retouching, and proofing.
• Extensive experience and proficiency in handling PantoneLive and utilizing it effectively for accurate color calibration and reproduction.
• Knowledge of color management principles to ensuring accurate color reproduction and consistency across multiple devices and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
