**10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION ** COMMUNICATE ENTIRELY IN CHINESE ** HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINA \xef\x81\xb5Prepare written work cost estimates and negotiates contract \xef\x81\xb5Provide expert technical advice in respect of combustion and thermal system, undertake responsible of risks of damage or disruption on combustion and thermal system \xef\x81\xb5Applying knowledge of combustion and thermal system, including the fundamentals of the subject, such as the chemical and physical properties of combustion and thermal, and their spatial and temporal variability \xef\x81\xb5Provide lead supervision and training to assigned staffs responsibility for performing a wide variety skilled tasks regarding combustion and thermal including installation, inspection, overhauls and maintenance of instruments such as heat reservoir, generator, steam turbine, condensate pump and others related accessories \xef\x81\xb5Conduct and guide assigned staff of plant performance investigations and troubleshooting any kind of system disruption in combustion and thermal system \xef\x81\xb5Contribute to the development of Risk Management Plan and develop technical engineer engineering solutions to mitigate incidents and risks and cut costs of maintenance \xef\x81\xb5 Writing research reports and making presentations on findings, including scientific research papers and non-scientific client reports \xef\x81\xb5Keeping up to date with developments in combustion and thermal system, as well as environmental issues \xef\x81\xb5Attending conferences to keep abreast of the latest developments and to network with people in the profession and in related industries \xef\x81\xb5Test operation or functionality of mechanical, electrical, and control systems of combustion system and thermal system including inspect industrial or commercial equipment to ensure proper operation and test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning. \xef\x81\xb5Further develop and maintain existing life maintenance plans for combustion and thermal plant and associated systems.
