Job Description

Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or complaints. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate assistance. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is obtained and recorded. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records. Provide administrative support during sales events, conferences, and meetings. Traveling as and when required for overseas business trips and events. Handle in company overseas business trip arrangement including booking of airline ticket, accommodation, fair ticket and any other related matter. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing / Administration / Management or eq uivalent.Prefe rably at least 1-2 year of related working experience; those with experience in industrial consumer products are preferred.Have customer service working experience in overseas sales added advantage.Stron g in communication and creative thinking skills.Good communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin for both spoken and written is an added advantage.Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.Abili ty to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Demon strate teamwork all the time.
