Our client is one of the top global one-stop telecommunications infrastructure company. In order to support the company\'s rapid and aggressive growth, our client is seeking a young and dynamic Commercial & Contracting Specialist.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role to facilitate and work alongside the senior management in managing and scoring projects with top-tier global tech, telecomm clientele.Job Responsibilities

• Draft, review and facilitate negotiations on commercial contracts and other day-day contracts throughout a project cycle starting from tender until the completion and closing of a project.
• Conduct risk assessments for commercial contracts and provide recommendations to minimize risks in contractual relationships.
• Provide frontline support; respond to complex inquiries regarding existing commercial contract obligations and revisions.
• Identify risks and issues in terms and conditions and propose business friendly alternatives that lead to mutually acceptable solutions for parties involved.
• Ensure that the Group\'s interests are protected during the tender and contract forming process.
• Support the Group in business development and strategy formulation/implementation.
• Manage and coordinate all claims and disputes that arise during project implementation.
• Create, maintain and update contractual related entries in the ERP cloud.
• Understand insurance policies and requirements, as well as liaise with insurance brokers.
• Communicate key terms in commercial contracts with the relevant company departments/personnel to ensure company\'s interests are protected.
• Compile and analyze data for reporting and strategy purposes.

Requirements

• Experienced in procurement and contract management, with a strong ability to navigate client relationships.
• Adept at asserting necessary pushback when required while also making strategic concessions to maintain and enhance partnerships.
• Experience from consulting firms will be an added advantage
