Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing.
Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients.
Keeping of necessary statistics reports required by his/her superior.
Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
Tying/issuing/recording of inspection reports / certificate.
Data entry of client's details for invoicing purposes
Preparation of invoices for approval
Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
