Job Description
The Commercial Executive will support the Commercial Manager by performing various tasks involving data exports and imports, procurement, analysis, and reporting. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct weekly research on potential clients and prepare reports on commercial activities.
- Price Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure the best deals.
- Pricing & Procurement Analysis: Analyze data to develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- Quotation Management: Oversee the quotation process to ensure timely and accurate quotes are sent to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to inform pricing strategies.
- Diploma/degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 2 years of logistics experience.
- Ability to thrive in challenging environments and work under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
