MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Support the accurate delivery of billing, costing and invoicing of entities in scope of Asia, Africa and other entities in scope. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support timely and error free invoicing across the region
Interact with the relevant customer contacts to ensure any doubts are resolved on time and payments are expedited
Support the delivery of various reports required for reporting
Support the up-to-date maintenance of the volumes and service variation data and subsequent reconciliation of the billing data
Master the concepts, principles and related tools with regards to cost accounting, costing and pricing
Support the costing and other groups of commercial finance in their work.
KEY CUSTOMERS
AXA GO Asia Accounting and controlling teams
Finance & IT departments of Clients notably with regards to Service Delivery
Corporate, notably with regards to AR and invoicing related queries
Operations and Domain managers as required.

Your Profile EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in accountancy / financial management or equivalent combined with strong IT background (Distributed, Workplace, Network domains)
Atleast 3 years of Billing and Accounts receivable management experience
In depth understanding PeopleSoft & able to modify queries through SQL for effective reporting
Excellent knowledge and experience of using excel. Knowledge of Macros,and Power BI will be huge advantage
Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
Good team player, positive attitude and can work under pressure.
Strong at effectively handling multiple priorities under time and delivery pressures in a changing business environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Have exposure in managing global Stakeholders.
Ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration.
