Open Position: Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager (Investment and Management Company)

An Investment and Management Company is currently hiring a Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager to join them in the Pahang office.

Key responsibilities includes:

-More than 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Project Management, successfully managing projects such as efficiency and effectiveness improvement projects,
optimization of process, resources planning,
cost savings and etc,

-Direct, monitor, and evaluate the strategic planning and business planning (short-term and long-term).

-Prepares financial models for new business development initiatives.

-Contribute to the planning and/or development of strategic initiatives across Commercial & Hospitality sectors.

-Create and take part in committees to supervise, direct, or carry out projects while elevating any complaints, issues, or matters for Senior Managements approval.

-Possessing a Project Management Certificate are a nice thing to add.

-Great problem solving, communication and leadership skills.

-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
