What you\'ll be doing: Assisting our in-house kitchen planner in ensuring the kitchen design and equipment for all the premises are aligned with the business needs and our standard Plan kitchen layout and specify equipment based on the F&B briefing from Culinary Department Prepare tender package, tender analysis, and tender award recommendation for the kitchen equipment package for all the lounges and F&B projects Planning overall appearance and function of kitchen. Meeting with suppliers and vendors of products including kitchen equipment, flooring and lighting. Working with contractors to oversee installation to achieve project goals. Giving careful consideration to the MEP provision to ensure safety. Select and supervise the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with project and business needs. Plan, organize monitor project activities and update the work program accordingly. Track & report project activities, propose installation date, on site installation, and finishing. Assist the designers, admin, and production team in the preparation of the project master works program. Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as per the business requirements. About you: The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced and collaborative environment with: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, Rhino) Well-versed in Commercial Kitchen Equipment makes & model Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent. 10 to 15 years of experience working as a kitchen consultant for hospitality and F&B projects (hotels, airport lounges and/or F&B) Able to plan kitchen layout and specify equipment based on the F&B briefing from Culinary Department and be able to prepare tender package and tender analysis and tender award recommendation for the kitchen equipment package for all the lounges and F&B projects Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools. Catalogue of completed blueprints, plus completed kitchens. Fluent English and other languages/ dialects communication will be an advantage Liaison with internal departments on projects
