to lead leasing activities across our portfolio of shoplots, offices, and land parcels. You'll be responsible for securing tenants, negotiating leases, and developing leasing SOPs to ensure a smooth tenant journey from onboarding to off-boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive tenant sourcing, lease negotiation, and renewals to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
Conduct market research and develop leasing strategies to meet business targets.
Establish and refine leasing SOPs for onboarding, inspection, and termination processes.
Build strong tenant and agent relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Manage lease documentation, compliance, and reporting on occupancy and rental performance.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in leasing or property management (retail, commercial, or industrial).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of local property markets and leasing regulations.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, MRI, or CRM systems is an advantage.
