About the role

Reporting to the Head Strategy & Commercial Operations.

The overall responsibility of the Commercial Operations Specialist is to drive cluster SFE best practices and develop organizational capabilities in key areas like Pricing, Territory Planning, Asset Productivity, Digital, Management KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and target based on market & competitive analysis, Sales performance analysis and measurements; Business insights and intelligence; in areas that will have a direct positive impact on the P&L of the business

Responsibilities

Apply data analytics to drive pricing, tender, channel and sales incentive effectiveness

Ensure that platforms and systems provide support and flexibility needed by commercial stakeholders

Enable sales excellence and profitability through guiding, monitoring, analyzing and providing expertise on business health using dashboards to drive accountability

Develop and maintain data stewardship, audits, workflows, monitoring and reporting

Assist in establishing a consistent, reliable, repeatable approach for evaluating asset productivity and distributor productivity

Support the commercial team pre- and post- launch to plan, execute, and operationalize GTM strategies through key frameworks, processes and best practices

Partner with franchises to gain alignment on sales pipeline activities and tactical initiatives, including competitor conversions and product mix prioritization

Support issue identification, articulation of business problems, solution recommendation and resulting business implications

Ensure disciplined implementation of commercial strategies, establishment of sales management principles, and management philosophies

Collaborate with Commercial Leadership and enabling functions (regulatory, finance, legal, compliance, etc.) to drive business improvement

Minimum requirements

At least 5 years of healthcare experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.), preferably in a commercial excellence or operations role

Prior experience in management consulting or analytics in healthcare

Experience in data analysis, modeling, evaluation and reporting

Demonstrated success with process orientation and effectiveness

Known to work collaboratively in a global business environment and implementing programs in different regions

Preferred requirements
