Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Lead the planning and development of new features for digital products, from idea generation to launch, ensuring they align with our brand and overall strategy.

Collaborate with various teams, including sales, design, engineering, and marketing, to create and introduce new products and features.

Work closely with stakeholders to determine the importance of product features based on their impact on our business, user feedback, and technical feasibility.

Engage and captivate users with user-friendly and interactive features, and explore partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.

Utilize data to inform decision-making processes.

Prioritize tasks and make trade-offs when necessary to achieve product goals.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully launch products.

Write clear and effective product requirements, considering development costs and benefits.

Collaborate with designers to enhance the user experience and product design.

Lead user research efforts, gathering insights in person and digitally, and using data to drive actionable changes.

Document product improvements and contribute to enhancing our product documentation.

Develop the product management skills of the team and provide guidance and mentorship.

Conduct research on innovation, competitors, and market trends, focusing on both enterprise and consumer technology.

Stay informed about our platform tools and infrastructure, assess the impact of changes, and recommend appropriate actions.

Identify and address potential risks associated with adopting new technologies.

Keep up-to-date with developments in Web 3.0, blockchain, and the airline industry.

Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Qualifications, experience and skills:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Design and/or Commercial and/or Business Management (or relevant degree).

Financial and commercial acumen.

5-8 years of relevant experience (Product Management experience preferred).

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Customer-first mentality.

Experience with and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative environment.

Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to leverage data and metrics to develop business cases.

Able to work as part of a team with a strong commitment to a high-quality customer experience and continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication. You strive to find the right balance between moving fast to deliver quality improvements to users and accumulating technical debt that drags down productivity.

You have a collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results.

You like to ground decisions in data and reasoning and solve root causes of problems rather than surface issues.

You are adept at communicating relevant information clearly and concisely.

You look ahead to identify opportunities and thrive in a culture of innovation.

Proven track record managing software products from scratch and through multiple product life cycles is a plus.
