Bhd.OrganizationGrid TechnologiesBusiness UnitServiceFull / Part timeFull-timeExperience LevelExperienced ProfessionalA Snapshot of Your DayAs Commercial Project Manager, you will coordinate and be responsible for all financial aspects of the project to ensure commercially sound management and obtain the best possible cost/benefit ratio, where you will work together with the PM and the project execution team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Ensures an adequate project handover phase, analyses customer\'s requirements, examines commercial and contractual feasibility for implementation.

• Handling and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g., revenue, cost, project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments)

• Project forecasting, reporting, analysis, and preparation of estimate to complete.

• Ensure compliance to all applicable guidelines in leading the project e. FRGs, NCM, LoA, transfer pricing, tax, ECC and applicable laws.

• Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording in appropriate systems e.g., Spiridon. preparation of all commercial documentation required for the project\'s records, reviews meetings and audits.

• Handling project risk and opportunities in the project together with the Project Manager.

• Running change orders & claims with all contractual partners.

• Handling foreign currency risk in the projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines.

• Support in all relevant project procurement & logistics topics.

• Run suppliers / subcontractor\'s invoice certification and payment processing.

• Handle project guarantees, bonds, and project insurance.

• Handle collaborator\'s requirements (customer, subcontractors, internal management, consortium partners and other team members etc.)

• Regularly performs lessons learned and develops results into own project lessons learned activities and into own organization including non-conformance cost reporting.

• Ensures proper handling of site cash.

• Leading controlling tasks of BU (budgeting, forecasting, ESPRIT, focus plus, conducting balance sheet & OCC reviews, A/R status, SG&A etc.)

• Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and backgrounds.

• Sensitivity toward other culture/mentality in the respective region.

• Handling pressure during peak execution season.

• Leading difficult & challenging situation and conflicts management.

What You Bring

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role for C category project

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in accounting / finance

• Certification in commercial project management.

• Experience with Project Management methods, processes, and tools.

• Experience with Business Processes (project execution, sales, purchasing etc.)

• Experience in Accounting Principles (FRGs), Asset Management, Contract/Claim Management, Project Risk & Opportunity Management

• Proficiency with related SAP modules

• Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills in English

• Experience with forecasting, reporting, and analysis and business controlling and reporting.
