Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial reviews of customers change requests and Informing customer of our decision by email
• Dealing with customer queries arising from changes made to their licence entitlements and ongoing fees
• Help drive the delivery, of the yearly plan for the Commercial Team.

• Reviewing excel data to inform a correct response for the customer.

Skills and Experience:

• Good communication skills
• Good presentation skills ability to effectively prioritise own workload
• The ability to recognise the impact of decisions on ours and customers businesses.
• Accurate, dynamic and tenacious.
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills,
• Confident and pro-active with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and written skills, including experience with Microsoft office products.

• Have Enthusiasm in busy periods and ability to \xe2\x80\x98step up\xe2\x80\x99/work in a team.
