Cleans and prepare vegetables for a la carte orders.
Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie's instructions.
Sets up appointed station for the daily operation of the outlet.
Makes sure all fridges are clean at all times and well stocked.
Picks up the store items and double checks the items issued with the food requisition.
Picks up the meat and daily specials from the butchery.
Cleans and maintain works areas and equipment and makes sure his/her working area is clean at all times.
