Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with production requirements.
Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly accordance to the SOP
Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
Plating and presenting meal items as per the Sous Chef instructions.
Carry out any other duties as required by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM
Fresh graduates in Culinary Arts, Food /Beverage or related studies are welcome
At least 1 year working experience in food/Beverage/Restaurant Service
Teamwork, and Passionate about F&B career and keen to advance his/her managerial experience
Able to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
Ability to perform detailed work quickly, safely and able to comply with company SOP
