Assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking activities
Follow recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
Assist with stock handling and other kitchen duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as Commis II or similar kitchen role
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude and good work discipline
