• Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary arts.
• Good knowledge of different types of pastry, bread, dessert and decorating.
• Able to communicate and collaborate in a team.
• Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations

• Part of the daily production of bread and/or patisseries.
• Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.
• Ensuring daily operations is adhering to sanitation policies.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and reports issues to the senior baker.
• Disposals of spoiled items.
• Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.
• Contribute ideas to innovate our menu or improve the way we serve in our store.
