Job Description

1. Assist in carrying out monthly inventory for food and beverage stock items, as well as various dining ware as determined by the standard policy. 2. Be aware of daily covers expected, stock level and manpower to ensure smooth operation. 3. Meet and provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile, especially while handling live cooking. 4. Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standards. 5. Excellent product knowledge of the entire resort and other general knowledge of the island and its surroundings. 6. Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) program and ability to carry out basic first aid application to guests and colleagues when in need. 7. Maintain a healthy relationship with all co-workers within the resort. Any conflict must be resolved professionally. 8. Be alert of the work surroundings. Report to the superior for any suspicious characters found within the premises.
