Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations.
Assist in prep for events, buffets, or banquets.

Food Preparation
Assist in basic food preparation (chopping, peeling, cutting, measuring, etc.).
Prepare ingredients as directed by senior chefs.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
2.
Station Assistance
Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a specific station (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce).
Keep assigned station organized, clean, and stocked.
Learn station responsibilities with the goal of moving up in the brigade.
3.
Kitchen Hygiene and Safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Proper handling and storage of food items.
4.
Inventory and Stocking
Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
Properly store ingredients and ensure correct rotation (FIFO method).
Report low stock to supervisors.
5.
Learning and Development
Observe and learn from senior chefs.
Ask questions and practice techniques.
Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
