Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ensure that food is prepared according to standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
Prepare basic ingredients (cutting vegetables, marinating meat, making sauces, etc.).
Ensure compliance with food safety, handling, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor stock levels and inform the chef-in-charge of shortages.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
