SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
Candidate should possess at least 1 year working experience in Japanese cuisine or western cuisine or both.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet operation target.

Responsibilities
Assist Outlet Chef/ Assistance outlet chef in day in day out operation, include: Ensuring food quality, designing menu, mise en place planning, training, discipline, stock management and hygiene.
Ensuring station mise en place in well prep.
Making sure wastage is under control and stock supply is sufficient. include monthly stock take.
Monitoring High standard quality of food at all stages from mise en place to final platting;
Ensuring and execute daily task. Include, daily cleaning task, prep, ordering and execution.
Ensure conformity and maintenance of all tools, equipment and work area.
Ensure how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays.
Monitoring all cooks performance and personal hygiene.
Preparing, seasoning and cooked food is all up to standard.
Train, explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations.
Kitchen staff discipline and personal hygiene.
