Job Description


  • Able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, hardworking, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience working in a kitchen environment would be an added advantage, but not essential.
  • 6 days a week, 1 off day every week on Rotational Basis.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare all dishes and ingredients before the start of service.
  • Preparing food items according to the Standard Operating Procedure set by management.
  • Ensure order is cooked adequately and delivered on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Practise First In First Out to prevent food wastage.
  • To maintain a safe, hygienic environment at all times in accordance with all relevant legislation & regulations.
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage and work areas.
