Job Responsibility Ensure to prepare MIS-en-place 3-day advance. Demi Chef assists the Chef De Partie Chef with his responsibilities for the day to day running of his assigned kitchens. He replaces the Chef De Partie in their absence. The Demi Chef influences the skills, knowledge, attitude, communications and team spirit of his assigned kitchen. Ensure Cooking Food Temperature Control Checklist Submit to Superior by Weekly. Daily Kitchen Closing Checklist Submit to CDP by daily. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant certificates will be an added advantage Candidate with working experience in hospital industry will be an added advantage 4 year experience in related industry and knowledge Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Food Safety Standards Basic Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and inventory control Job Benifits EPF SOCSO Meal allowances Uniform provided Annual leave Medical leave
