Requirements

• Have experience in cooking a la carte, Western cuisine, pastry, traditional kuih-muih, Asian food, Malay cuisine, and more.
• Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia
• Have a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or any related field (this is an added advantage).
• Have experience working at food truck
• Fresh graduates in Culinary who are willing to learn and improve their skills are also welcome to apply.
• Can work in a team.
• Have good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food/menu as instructed by the supervisor.
• Ensure that meals are prepared on time according to the set schedule.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy after cooking.
• Report to the supervisor about daily activities or prepared menu.
• Make sure raw ingredients are fresh and safe before cooking.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety of the dishes served.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
