As a Commis III, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes. Required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets. - Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Petit Caf\xc3\xa9. - Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control. - Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus. - Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. - Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines. What are we looking for? - Previous experience as a Commis or Apprentice Chef - Positive attitude. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career. - A passion for food and the culinary arts. **Fully Typhoid Vaccine Injection (still valid within 3 years) ** Already attend "Kursus Pengendalian Makanan" Willing to work at The International School @ ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur Expected Join : July 2022
