we are recruiting experienced COMMIS (full time)



Assist and execute in daily kitchen operations from food inventory, preparation, maintenance of food quality standards as per Company requirements.

Baking experience are advantage

Executing and maintaining cleaning services, as well as equipment maintenance and waste removal.

To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.

Maintains proper personal appearance, hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Full-Time positions available.

Responsible for all basic kitchen food preparation

Constantly strives to improve the standard and quality of the food product

Picks up the store items and double checks the items issued with the food requisition

To ensure refrigerators are clean at all times and well stocked

Assist with daily duties and preparation.
