Job Scope----
Prepare Daily Mise En Place for cake production
To assist with cake production following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recipe card.
To take care and maintain clealiness of kitchen equipment and kitchen
To receive and check goods delivered by supplier
To check kitchen stock and assist in placing order
