Requirements

Experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome as training will be provided Experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred Willingness to learn and grow in culinary skills Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with positive attitude

Responsibilities

Assist senior chefs in food preparation Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Support daily kitchen operations
