We\'re looking for a culinary enthusiast, Commis or aspiring to be, required for our Culinary / Kitchen Division.
Job Summary
The Commis, under the guidance and supervision of the Junior Sous Chef / Chef De Partie, is responsible for maintaining a high standard of food preparations and service in the appointed kitchen, according to standards set by the Management. He/she is also responsible for work assigned by supervisors such as mise-en-place, as well as buffet set-up.
