Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis at Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur. As a Commis, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will also be required to keep your kitchen station clean and sanitized, present and store food appropriately, and comply with food safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel or resort Diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or hospitality-related field Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary techniques Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred
