After all, encounter with Soul Society it is \'as good as a hug\'. Job Responsibilities A creative person, pro-active, good interpersonal and problem solving skills. Dedicated and committed to the job. Highly organized and able to work under pressure. Good command of both spoken and written English, Bahasa Melayu Willing to work during PH and long hours. , Helps to directs, controls and co-ordinates the activities of all chefs and kitchen helpers, engaging in preparing and cooking food to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times. Checks daily in storerooms, refrigerators and freezers daily to ensure no wastage. Minimize spoilage, utilizes food surpluses and portion control. Checks the quality and quantity of food received from the markets and stores. Is always looking for cost saving and environmental ideas. Assists in operating outlet at an acceptable food and employees cost. Maximizes personal productivity, in order to minimize payroll costs. Ensures that all food is prepared and served according to the standard set by the restaurant\'s kitchen manager. Does cooking and preparation and presentation of food. Ensures standard recipes are used, and food is presented according to pictures. Ensures that all machines, furnitures (fridge\'s, benches, etc ) equipment and utensils are clean and working condition at all times. Checks all areas assigned, in regards to sanitation and hygiene contamination of any kind. Ensures the kitchen is always in safe condition, to prevent accidents. Is responsible to make the flow of information work, all the way to the helper\'s level. Maintains good relationship with all departments to avoid frictions of any kind. Maximizes personal and team members\' productivitiy and morale, whilst consistently maintaining discipline, following company guidelines and local legislation. Motivates all employees through professionalism, organizational skills and team spirit, to perform their duties. Reports all accidents, health and safety hazards.
