MohonKelayakanWe are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of more senior chefs. • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.

• Culinary school training or relevant certification is an advantage.

• Passion for food and willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards.

TanggungjawabAssist with the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards.

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.

• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring all stock is rotated and stored properly.

• Assist in mise en place and preparation ahead of service.

• Learn and develop new skills under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

• Support the kitchen team in all areas as needed during busy periods.
