Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.
Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
Reliable and able to follow instructions and can handle high quality ingredients
Prepare pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, and decorating as appropriate.
Assist in daily production food preparation, assembly, packing, picking goods, packing, and other duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned with good organization skills.
Good communication and able to follow order from supervisor.
