• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate / relevant culinary certificates will be an added advantage
• Candidate with working experience in F&B and hotel industry will be an added advantage
• Willing to work on shift basis
• Fluency in spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia. Other local dialect is an added advantage.
• Junior Commis and Senior Commis positions available

Tanggungjawab

• To provide, established all MIS-En-place, checklist, food preparation and cleanliness or work area.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety standards
• Assist in preparing food orders accordingly
• Ensure correct requisition of food items and stocks
