Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Preferable Skill(s) certificate: Sijil Kemahiran Kulinari (Culinary Certificates)
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• 4 positions available for Breakfast & Ala carte kitchen
• 2 positions available for Pastry kitchen
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant or equivalent

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare daily mise en place including portioning, chopping, slicing, grinding & storing food
• Cut, weigh, & measure & mix the ingredients as per the standard procedure
• Able to operate kitchen equipment : stoves, grills, oven, broilers, grills, microwave, fryers & etc
• Prepare & cook the food as per the standard recipes, food preparation checklist, maintain consistency in quality, taste & food presentation standard
• Prepare soup, sauces, preparing entrees, vegetable & ala carte cooking
• Set up the work station with par stocks of the menu items & prepare the dishes
• Maintain the cleanliness & hygiene of the work station
• Wash & disinfect kitchen area, tools, knives & equipment
• Check supplies inventory & preparation list and ensure all items prepared in a timely manner
• Follow the company kitchen safety policies & procedure
