Job Description
1. To assist in preparing food and to ensure efficient, effective and excellent service at all times. 2. To inspect stores, refrigerators and freezers daily to ensure that there is no wastage. 3. To assist to control costs by minimising spoilage, utilising food surpluses and exercising portion control. 4. To always ensure a cost saving and safe working environment. 5. To check the quality and quantity of food received from the markets and stores.
