- Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 years of kitchen operations experience
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Applicant must be willing and able to work in Taman Tun Dr Ismail
- Full Time Position only
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the restaurant\'s SOP
- Assisting the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Assisting in stock rotation, deliveries & restocking
- Medical Coverage
